We are a small, artisanal business founded by two friends who share a deep love for nature - its forests, animals, and a sustainable way of life. What began as a getaway from the city life to small harmonious retreats at our farm on the edge of Sariska Tiger Reserve where humans and nature coexist slowly blossomed into a mission to produce the highest quality A2 Bilona Ghee from our free-range, native cows. Our journey is rooted in a vision of freedom, love, and unity with nature—no matter how small the steps, we strive to make a meaningful difference.  

Our cows are raised with the utmost care, roaming freely and nourished by a wholesome, nutrient-rich diet to ensure the finest milk for the finest ghee. We never source milk from outside, maintaining complete control over quality and purity. Using traditional Bilona methods, we craft our ghee to preserve its rich flavor, natural aroma, and wholesome goodness, ensuring every jar is a testament to time-honored practices.

Our cows roam free, their calves always receive their full share of milk, and no animal is ever abandoned, sold, or given away—regardless of their productivity.
