1. Introduction
By using www.ekoham.one (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) governed by Indian law. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.  

2. Eligibility
- Users must be 18+ years (India’s legal age for contracts).  
- Minors (under 18) may only use the Site with parental/guardian consent.  

3. Account Registration  
- Provide accurate details during registration.  
- Safeguard your account credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.  

4. Products/Services  
4.1) Food Product Compliance:  
- All products comply with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (FSSAI).  
- Product descriptions include expiry dates, ingredients, and storage instructions.
4.2) Returns & Refunds:  
- 15-day return window for damaged/defective products (legally permissible under Indian law).  
- Refunds due to breakage/damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with video proof of unboxing for validation.  
- Refunds processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.  
- Prices include GST.  

5. Payment
- Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards (Rupay, Visa, Mastercard), UPI, Net Banking, wallets (Paytm, PhonePe), and other authorized payment gateways.  
- Transactions comply with RBI guidelines (PCI-DSS standards).  

6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas (e.g., Rajasthan’s rural regions).  
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.  


7. User Conduct
- Prohibited: Content violating Indian law (e.g., defamation, obscenity).  

8. Termination
- Accounts may be suspended for fraud, counterfeit sales, or illegal activities.  

9. Dispute Resolution

10. Governing Law
